摘 要:目的研究不同产地栀子指纹图谱及不同生长期西红花总苷和栀子苷含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法建立了全国不同产地栀子的指纹图谱,并测定了不同产地及同一产地不同采收期药材西红花苷和栀子苷的含量。结果 各地栀子药材与对照指纹图谱的相似度分别为0.980,0.992,0.978,0.989,0.948,0.991,0.986,0.996,0.993,0.965。不同产地栀子的栀子苷平均含量为4.11%;西红花总苷含量最低为1.41%,最高达3.08%,相差一倍以上。而不同采收期药材测定结果显示,西红花总苷含量从8月中旬的0.009%增加到11月中旬的1.32%,之后趋于下降。而栀子苷含量则在刚结果的8月中旬最高,之后逐渐下降。结论 各产地栀子药材表现较高的相似度,说明栀子药材所含化学成分随产地变化小。西红花苷含量随着栀子的成熟而显著增加,但过度熟透的果实也不利于西红花苷的稳定。而栀子苷主要在果实形成后的短期内生成,此后由于果实的生长,其浓度反而下降。Objective To investigate HPLC fingerprints,total crocin and geniposide contents of gardenia fruits.Methods An HPLC method for fingerprint of gardenia fruits was employed to evaluate the similarities of 10 samples which were collected from different areas.And then,total crocin and geniposide contents of herbs from different areas,as well as cultivated in different collection periods from the same area,were determined using the same HPLC method.Results Similarities of various cultivars were calculated to be 0.980,0.992,0.978,0.989,0.948,0.991,0.986,0.996,0.993 and 0.965,respectively.Average content of geniposide of different cultivars was 4.11%.Above 2 folds of total crocin content was observed among various cultivars.Total crocin content increased from 0.009% in mid-August to 1.32% in mid-November,and then decreased gradually.However,geniposide content reached the maximum in mid-August,and then decreased gradually afterwards.Conclusion High similarities are obtained which indicates no significant chemicals in gardenia fruits among various cultivars.Crocin content increases markedly when maturing.However,over-ripening could decrease stability of crocin.Furthermore,majority of geniposide forms in the beginning of maturation of gardenia fruits,and then,geniposide content decreases gradully because of enlargement of fruits.
