摘　　要：目的优选醒脑止痛颗粒的提取工艺。方法采用正交实验设计法,以挥发油提取量及挥发油包合率为指标优选挥发油工艺;同时采用正交实验设计法,以出膏率、黄芪甲苷含量为指标,优选不含挥发油药材的提取工艺。结果 确定含挥发油包合最佳条件为油和β-CD的配比为1∶10,40℃搅拌包结1 h,冷藏24 h,40℃干燥;药材最佳提取工艺为加10倍量水,提油5h,过滤后,滤液备用,再加水10倍,提取2次,1 h/次。结论 该提取工艺简单、可行。Objective To optimize the process conditions of extraction for Xingnao Zhitong Granules.Methods According to the specific property of Xingnao Zhitong Granules,the extraction process for crude drug with volatile oil was drawn on the content of volatile oil and inclusion rate of inclusion complex as indexes and crude drug without volatile oil was drawn on the content of astragaloside Ⅳ and total solid as indexes with the orthogonal design.Results The optimum conditions for extraction and inclusion were as follows：oil ：β-CD of 1 ： 10,isothermal stirring time of 1hr,inclusion temperature of 40℃,cold storage 24hr and dryness temperature of 40℃.Crude drug processing condition was as follows： water extraction with 10 times of water and volatile oil extraction time of 5 hr,keeping the filtrate,then,water extraction another 2 times with 10 times of water,1hr.Conclusion This method is simple and practicable in mass production.
