摘 要:目的检测45种共70份药材中17种有机氯农药残留状况。方法药材经过超声提取及磺化处理,采用GC-ECD法检测药材中有机氯农药含量。结果 有69份样品检出有机氯农药残留,检出率98.57%。依据《中国药典》2005版及《药用植物及制剂进出口绿色行业标准》,有6份药材DDT严重超标,超标率为8.57%。结论 在收集到的绝大部分药材中,有机氯农药残留量低于相关规定的最高浓度。Objective To investigate the 17 organochlorine pesticides residues in seventy Chinese medicinal materials.Methods The organochlorine pesticides were extracted from samples with mixed solvents by ultrasonication,purified by sulfonation and detected by gas chromatography.Results Organochlorine pesticides residue were detected in sixty-nine samples and the detection rate was 98.57%.According to Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2005 and Green Trade Standards of Importing Exporting Medicinal Plants Preparations,the residues of six samples exceed standard,and the over rate was 8.57%.Conclusion The detected organochlorine pesticide residue of most Chinese medicinal materials is lower than that of relevant regulations.
