摘 要:目的比较3种血虚小鼠模型的造模方法,寻找适宜的血虚证动物模型。方法采用失血法、化学法及复合法制备3种血虚证模型,分别于造模后1,2,4,6,8,11 d眼眶取血测定外周血象;于第11天处死小鼠后,取股骨进行骨髓有核细胞计数。结果 3种小鼠模型血细胞的变化均符合血虚证表现,外周血象降低和骨髓有核细胞数量减少。结论 3种血虚证模型造模方法各有优劣,可根据实验目的不同进行选择。Objective To compare three methods of blood-deficient model and to find a better mouse model with blood deficiency sign.Methods Three kinds of blood deficiency mouse models were established by acute blood loss,chemical method and composite modeling method.The RBCs,WBCs,Hbs,RETs,PLTs,and HCTs were counted on the first,fourth,sixth,eighth,eleventh days after modeling and bone marrow nucleated cells were counted on the eleventh day.Results Blood deficiency signs occurred in all three kinds of animal models and they had reduced in peripheral blood,bone marrow nucleated cells.Conclusion Three methods of blood-deficient model have their own characteristics,we can choose one of them according to need.
