摘  要:目的建立电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定中药材预知子及其提取物中砷、铅、汞、镉、铜含量的方法。方法样品经微波消解,以锗(Ge)、铟(In)、铋(B i)作为内标,补偿基体效应,采用ICP-MS同时测定上述5种元素。结果 对于所测元素,校准曲线的相关系数r(0.999 3,回收率为95.6%~108.0%,RSD(10.3%。结论 该研究所建立的方法简便、快速、准确、灵敏,能满足预知子药材及提取物质量控制中5种有害元素的测定要求,为中药材中该5种有害元素的准确测定提供参考。Objective To establish an ICP-MS method for the determination of heavy metals,including As,Hg,Pb,Cd,Cu,in Fructus Akebiae and Fructus Akebiae extracts.Methods The samples were digested by closed-vessel microwave.The five heavy metals were directly analyzed by ICP-MS.Ge,In and Bi were selected as the internal standards to compensate matrix effects.Results For all of the analyzed heavy metals,the correlative coefficient of calibration curves was over 0.9993,the recovery rate of procedure was 95.6%~108.0%,and its RSD was lower than 10.3%.Conclusion This method is convenient,quick-acquired,accurate and highly sensitive.It is suitable for the determination of the content of 5 trace heavy metal elements in Fructus Akebiae and for the contents determination of traditional Chinese medicines.
