基于专家访谈的代谢综合征中医病名、基本证候、病因病机及用药规律研究

摘　　要：目的了解中医专家对代谢综合征(MS)的认识、治疗和评价。方法根据事先拟定的访谈提纲,分别选取国内不同地域的内分泌疾病中高年资中医专家34名进行个人深度访谈。内容包括对MS中医病名、病因病机、主要症状、基本证候的认识,以及MS中医药治疗、干预时限、疗效评价。结果综合专家建议,MS的中医病名涉及肥满、肥胖、脾瘅等;病因主要是过食肥甘和久坐少动;病机涉及脾虚、痰湿等;常见症状有肚腹硕大、乏力、倦怠等;中医药治疗须在辨证论治的基础上进行至少3个月的干预;疗效评价要综合进行并反映中医特色。结论专家就MS病名、证候、病因病机及用药规律提出的建议较为深入详实,为中医药干预技术研究奠定了基础。Objective To investigate the understandings,treatment,and effect evaluation of TCM experts on the metabolism syndrome（MS）.Methods The individual interviews in-depth with 34 senior TCM experts of endocrine disease selected from various domestic regions were carried out on the basis of interview outlines made beforehand.The topics of interview included the name of disease in TCM,etiology and pathogenesis,main symptoms,basic syndromes of MS,as well as its TCM treatment,intervention duration,and effect evaluation.Results The opinions of TCM experts was summarized as：the names of MS in TCM are Feiman（肥满）,Feipang（肥胖）,and Pidan（脾瘅）,etc.The main cause is excessive intake of rich food and lack of physical exercises,the basic pathogenesis is the qi deficiency of the spleen and retention of phlegm,and the common symptoms are big belly,fatigue,and listlessness.As for the TCM treatment,syndrome differentiation should be emphasized and the intervention duration is at least 3 months.And the comprehensive effect evaluation must reflect TCM features.Conclusion The profound suggestions given by the experts on defining the name in TCM,syndromes,etiology and pathogenesis,and treatment for MS laid a foundation for the studies on the intervention techniques of MS.
