泄浊除痹方对高尿酸血症患者中医临床症状的影响

摘　　要：目的观察泄浊除痹方对高尿酸血症患者中医临床症状的影响。方法将66例高尿酸血症患者(脱落7例,剔除1例)随机分成泄浊除痹方组28例和空白对照组30例,泄浊除痹方组口服泄浊除痹方颗粒剂,每日1剂,分2次服用。空白对照组不用药物治疗,仅进行临床观察。两组均观察20天,于观察前后检测血尿酸,采集患者中医临床四诊资料进行中医症状评分。结果两组患者治疗后血尿酸水平均较治疗前有所下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。泄浊除痹方组与空白对照组治疗前后差值比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。泄浊除痹方组痰涎、神疲乏力、四肢沉重、小便黄赤、大便稀溏等中医临床症状积分较治疗前有所降低,小便清长症状积分较治疗前有所增加(P<0.05)。空白对照组患者各中医临床症状积分治疗前后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论泄浊除痹方对高尿酸血症痰湿阻滞患者相关中医临床症状有一定改善作用。Objective To observe the effect of Xiezhuo Chubi Formula（Formula for eliminating turbidity and removing stagnation of qi and blood） on the TCM symptoms of hyperuricemic patients.Methods Totally 66 hyperuricemia patients（7 lost,1 dropped out） were randomized into Xiezhuo Chubi Formula group of 28 cases and blank control group of 30 cases.The Xiezhuo Chubi Formula group was treated with Xiezhuo Chubi Formula granules for oral taking,one dose each day,taken in 2 times a day,while the blank control group was treated with only clinical observation,20 days as one course.Before medication and on the following day when treatment finished,the blood uric acid was measured,the evaluation of clinical symptoms and signs was carried out,and the data of patients were collected with the four diagnostic methods of TCM for statistical analysis.Results A decrease of the uric acid level was found in both groups after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The D-value of the Xiezhuo Chubi Formula group and the blank control group before and after treatment was statistically different（P0.05）,indicating that the decrease of blood uric acid in the Xiezhuo Chubi Formula group was more than that in the blank control group.The symptom scores of phlegm,lassitude,heaviness of limbs,dark urine,and loose stool of the Xiezhuo Chubi Formula group were improved,the score of increased clear urine was increased,compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The difference of all symptom scores of the blank control group before and after treatment was not statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Xiezhuo Chubi Formula is effective in improving the TCM symptoms of phlegm damp retention.
