摘　　要：通过对照重轨自动热打印机在生产中的实际应用情况,介绍重轨自动热打印机的打印工作原理,并从生产实际出发,重点分析影响打印机打印效果不佳的原因,制定出相应的对策。实际应用效果表明采用相应对策后,提高了重轨自动热打印机在生产中的打印质量。On the basis of practical application of heavy rail automatic thermal stamping machine, its working principle is introduced. From production practice, reasons of bad stamping effect are analyzed in detail, and corresponding countermeasures are worked Out. Practical application effects show that stamping quality of heavy rail automatic thermal stamping machine is improved after the measures is adopted.
