摘  要:目的:研究既有建筑环境甲醛对小鼠Th1/Th2类细胞免疫反应的影响。方法:染毒室甲醛浓度分别控制在0.28 mg/m3、染毒Ⅱ组0.73 mg/m3、染毒Ⅲ组1.21 mg/m3。染毒组小鼠每日染毒1次,每次4h,连续8d。酶联免疫法检测肝、肺、肺泡灌洗液干扰素-γ(IFN-γ),白介素-4(IL-4)的变化,同时监测各组小鼠血清甲醛血清蛋白加合物(F-HAS)含量。结果:甲醛0.73 mg/m3染毒小鼠肝组织IL-4,甲醛1.21 mg/m3染毒小鼠肝组织IFN-γ、IL-4均明显低于正常对照组(P<0.01);各染毒组小鼠血清F-HAS含量、肺、肺泡灌洗液IFN-γ、IL-4与正常对照组相比,没有显著性差异。结论:早期监控肝脏功能,从肝脏免疫学相关指标中,可望筛选出快速、敏感、准确的监测甲醛早期损害的生物标志物。To study the effects of the existing building environment of formaldehyde on the Th1/ Th2 cytokines,the enclosure chambers were made by plywood and adhesives,and the mice in formaldehyde treatment groups were exposed to 0.28 mg/m3,0.73 mg/m3,1.21 mg/m3 concentration by inhalation in the chambers for 4h per day and continuously for 8 days.The concentrations of Interferon-γ(IFN-γ) and interleukin-4(IL-4) in liver,lung and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) and the concentrations of F-HAS were examined in serum mice.The concentrations of IL-4 in the liver tissue in formaldehyde exposed groups(0.73 mg/m3),the concentrations of IL-4 and IFN-γ in the liver tissue in formaldehyde exposed groups(1.21 mg/m3)were obviously lower than that in the control group(P0.01).In comparison with control group,there was no significant difference in the concentrations of F-HAS in serum mice of formaldehyde inhalation groups.We would probably find out the relative rapid,sensitive and accurate biological indicators to detect the early damage of formaldehyde from the relevant indicators of liver immunology by monitoring the liver function in early phase.
