水性聚氨酯对棉织物抗皱整理配方的优化

摘　　要：将自制的纯聚酯型水性聚氨酯和聚酯/聚醚混合型的水性聚氨酯整理剂分别用于棉织物的抗皱整理,对整理后的织物进行水洗.结果表明,聚酯/聚醚混合型的整理剂抗皱效果明显好于纯聚酯型的整理剂.其最优水性聚氨酯整理配方为:聚酯多元醇分子量1 000,聚酯/聚醚比例为3∶2,R值2.2,DMPA用量4.5%.The self-made pure polyester type waterborne polyurethane and the polyester/polyether mixed typewaterborne polyurethane finishing agent are used to the crease-resistance finishing of the cotton. After washing the finished fabrics, the result shows that the crease-resistance effect of the polyester/polyether mixed type is better than the pure polyester type. The optimum finishing prescription of the waterborne polyurethane is as follows： the molecular weight of the polyester polylol is 1 000, the mixed ratio of the polyester/polyethe is 3： 2, R is 2. 2, and the dosage of DMPA is 4. 5%.
