摘 要:通过对跨文化交际中的主要差异-价值观、思维方式、交际习惯、文化背景以及风俗习惯的分析,提出了四项跨文化交际策略:即加强文化交际与沟通,提高文化认同感;提倡人本管理,加强人文关怀;完善外籍教师的管理制度;加强对外籍教师的激励措施,来解决高校外籍教师管理中存在的实际问题,为规范和提高高校外籍教师管理水平提供了新的思路.Owing to the cultural differences and cultural shock, more difficulties and obstacles emerge in the manage-ment of foreign teachers in Chinese universities, with the development of the internationalization of education. Through exploring the major differences in cross-cultural communication from such perspectives as systems of value, ways of thinking, communication habits, cultural background and customs, four communicative strategies of cross cultural communication are proposed,namely,emphasizing cross-cultural communication to enhance cultural identification, promoting the people-oriented management of foreign teachers, perfecting the rules and principles of foreign teacher management, improving the incentive measures for foreign teachers. The paper intends to solve the current existing problems in the foreign teacher management and new approaches are put forward for foreign teacher management.
