扩张型心肌病J-Tc的变化及参松养心胶囊对其影响

摘　　要：目的探讨扩张型心肌病(DCM)J-T离散度(J-Tc)的变化及参松养心胶囊对其影响。方法选择DCM患者295例,其中J-Tc延长150例,非延长145例,根据有无室性心律失常分为伴心律失常组93例及不伴心律失常组202例,J-Tc延长的不伴心律失常患者60例随机分为对照组(A组)和干预组(B组)各30例,3组均给予基础治疗,伴心律失常组及B组加用参松养心胶囊治疗,观察治疗前后J-Tc的变化。结果伴心律失常组与不伴心律失常组J-Tc比较差异有统计学意义(426 ms±42 ms vs 335 ms±31 ms,P<0.05),参松养心胶囊治疗前后J-Tc比较差异有统计学意义(352 ms±38 ms vs 426 ms±42 ms,P<0.05)。治疗后B组较A组J-Tc缩短(P<0.05)。QTc、J-Tc与心律失常发生呈正相关(r=0.508,r=0.520,P<0.05)。结论参松养心胶囊可明显缩短扩张型心肌病患者J-Tc。Objective To observe the changes of J-T dispersion（J-Tc） in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy （DCM） and the effect of Shensongyangxin capsule on it.Methods Two hundred and ninety-five hospitalized DCM patients were enrolled the study,150 patients with J-T extended and 145 patients without J-T extended,they were divided into arrhythmia group and non-arrhythmia group.Depending on the occurrence of ventricular arrhythmia（frequent,multi-source arrhythmia, short array）,their J-Tc values were calculated and compared.60 patients with J-Tc extended and non-arrhythmia were equally divided into control group（A group） and intervention group（B group）,3 groups received basic treatment,arrhythmia group and B group added Shensongyangxin capsule.The changes of J-Tc values before and after treatment were observed and statistically analyzed.Results There were significant differences in the J-Tc values between arrhythmia and non-arrhythmia groups（426 ms±42 ms vs 335 ms±31 ms,P0.05 ）.Furthermore,the J-Tc value was reduced after received Shensongyangxin capsule treatment（352 ms±38 ms vs 426 ms±42 ms,P0.05）.After treatment,the J-Tc in B group was shorter than A group（P0.05）.QTc and J-Tc were positively correlated to arrhythmia（r =0.508,r =0.520,P0.05）. Conclusion Shensongyangxin capsule can obviously reduce dilated cardiomyopathy patients＇ J-Tc.
