摘 要:采用微波Fenton耦合超声催化内电解工艺处理垃圾压缩废水.考察了微波升温速率、Fen-ton试剂投加量、超声功率、超声时间、Fe/Cu/沸石质量比、曝气量及回流比等因素对水样COD和色度去除率的影响.结果表明,保持水样pH不变,H2O2与FeSO4投加量分别为117.6mmol/L、23.4mmol/L,在170W功率下辐射100s,升温速率为12.0℃/min,COD和色度去除率分别达到了27.14%和74.15%.调节水样pH为3.0,超声功率80W,Fe-Cu-沸石质量比为6∶3∶2,在曝气量为0.2L/min下反应90min,COD和色度去除率分别为42.38%和82.60%.在回流比为0.8下,耦合工艺出水水质稳定,COD去除率均在55%以上,最高达到62.81%;色度去除率均大于83%,最高达到94.7%.Microwave-enhanced Fenton coupled with ultrasonic catalyzed iron internal electrolysis process was examined to treat garbage compression wastewater.Various operating conditions were evaluated including microwave heating rate,Fenton reagent dosage,ultrasonic power,ultrasonic time,Fe-Cu-zeolite mass ratio,aeration rate,reflux ratio.Results show that when the wastewater has a constant pH,microwave power and time set as 170W and 100s,heating rate of 12.0℃/min,the dosing quantity of FeSO4 and H2O2 were 117.6mmol/L and 23.4mmol/L,COD and color removal rate were achieved at 27.14% and 74.15% respectively.Using ultrasonic catalyzed iron internal electrolysis process for the treatment of garbage compression wastewater,removal rate of COD and color were 42.38% and 82.60% respectively when reacting under experimental conditions are as follow: water pH adjusted to 3.0,ultrasonic power set as 80W,Fe-Cu-zeolite mass ratio is 6∶3∶2,aeration rate 0.2L/min for 90 minutes.With the reflux ratio of 0.8,the coupling process has a stable water quality of the effluent,and high COD and color removal,average removal rate of which are 55% and 83%,the supreme removal rate achieved at 62.81% and 94.7% respectively.
