摘　　要：目的:探讨胃肠道钡餐造影在脾虚症诊断中的价值。方法:经临床诊断为脾虚症的患者218例,采用数字化钡餐造影检查。结果:脾虚证的胃肠钡餐造影x线表现有:空腹胃积液增加、胃黏膜皱襞粗大、胃张力低下、胃下垂、胃排空常常加快、结肠运动加快等。结论:胃肠道钡餐造影检查能够尽快地做出正确的脾虚证的定性定量诊断,来指导临床积极进行中西医结合治疗。Objective： To study diagnostic value of Gastrointestinal barium meal in spleen deficiency. Methods： The clinical diagnosis of the spleen deficiency syndrome patients for 218 cases, using digital barium meal examination. Results： The X line barium meal performance of the spleen deficiency was Hollow stomach effusion increase gastric mucosa, rates of bulky, stomach tension is low, gastroptosis, gastric emptying often to accelerate, colonic motion to speed up, and so on.
