高效液相色谱法测定五仁醇胶囊中五味子醇甲的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立测定五仁醇胶囊中五味子醇甲含量的方法。方法:采用高液相色谱法,以IhertsiIODS-3vC18(Φ4.6×250mm,5μm)色谱柱分离,以甲醇:水=65:35为流动相,流速为1.0ml/min-1,检测波长250nm。结果:线性范围0.1508μg～1.5080μg,r=0.9997,测得平均回收率102.72%,RSD=0.99%。结论:高效液相色谱法简便、准确、灵敏度高、准确度好,可作为五仁醇胶囊含量测定的方法。Objective： To set up a method for determining schisandrin in Wttrcnchtm capsule. Methods： The analysis was carried on a column of ODS - C18 with a mobile phase consisted of methanol（ 65 % ） ： 0. 05 % glacial acetic acid （ 35 % ） isogradient elution at the flow rate of 1 mL/min-l. The detection wavelength was 250 nm. Results：The linearlty was obtained in the range of 0. 1508 - 1. 5080 μg（ r = 0. 9997）. The average recoveries of schisandrin in Compound fructus schisandrae ehinensis tablet was 102. 72% ,and the RSD was 0. 99%. Conclusion：The method is simple,accurate and rapid. It may be suitable for the usual quality control of schisandrin and sensitive. It may be suitable for the determination of the Content in Wurenehun eapsul.
