辛伐他汀片和非诺贝特片引起的肝功能损害1例

摘　　要：1例60岁女性患者,半个月前自行口服"辛伐他汀片20mgqd,非诺贝特片0.1gqd"后出现头晕,自觉胸闷,胸部堵塞感,血清检查示:谷丙转氨酶996.00U/L、谷草转氨酶646.00U/L.考虑为辛伐他汀和非诺贝特引起的不良反应。保肝治疗后,患者肝功能明显好转,予出院。A 60 - year - old female patient showed the symptom of dizzy, chest distress and felt chest congestion after taking Simvastatin tablets 20rag po qd and Fenofibrate tablets 0. lg po qd by herself half month ago. Biochemistry examination indicated ALT 996. 00U/L and AST 646.00 U/L, which was considered for the adverse effect caused. The patient was allowed to discharge from the hospital when the liver function improved obviously after liver protection therapy.
