摘　　要：目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声对卵巢血肿诊断的临床价值。方法:对143例超声诊断并经动态观察及手术病理证实为卵巢血肿的病例资料进行回顾性分析。结果:根据卵巢血肿出血的量和时间不同,以及不同阶段其超声表现和临床表现特点,将血肿分为3种类型:囊性(80例)、囊实混合性(54例)、实性(9例)。彩色多普勒超声诊断符合率为95.1%(136/143)。结论:卵巢血肿的彩色多普勒超声图像复杂多样,结合病史和临床表现,综合分析超声图像特征,并短期多次超声复查,可提高诊断率,减少误诊的发生。Objective： To study the color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of ovarian hcmatoma. Methods： 143 patients with ultrasound and by dynamic observation and athologically confirmed cases of ovarian hematoma were retrospectively analyzed. Results：According to the amount of bleeding and ovarian hcmatoma at different times and different stages of their clinical performance and characteristics of ultrasound, the hematomas were divided into 3 types：cystic （80 cases）, cystic mixed （54 cases） ,solid（9 cases）. Color Doppler ultrasonography conforms95.1% （ 136/143 ）. Conclusion： Ovarian hematoma com- plexity and diversity of color Doppler ultrasoundImages, combined with history and clinicel performance characteristics of comprehensive analysis of ultrasound images and a short ：review of several ultrasound can improve the diagnostic rate and reduce the incidence of misdiagnosis.
