摘  要:设计了一种基于霍尔效应的非接触式行程传感器,在传感器内引入了线性化处理电路和温度补偿电路,将输出信号转换为脉宽调制(PWM)信号,提高了传感器输出信号的抗干扰能力,将经过编程处理的传感器进行检测,结果显示,在有效行程范围(实验行程8 mm)内,最大线性度误差仅-0.28%,对传感器进行温度试验,在-40~120℃的温差范围内与环境温度19.6℃的输出值比较,最大误差为0.29%,满足VE泵的性能要求,宽电源电压试验显示,传感器在3.5~18.5 V之间均能可靠工作,对传感器进行的极端试验也均能满足VE泵的技术要求。A type ot non-contact acivancer stroke sensor Daseu on laaii LIIeCt is ueslgnect. Llnear processing clrcmt anu temperature compensation circuit are introduced into the sensor, converting the output signals into PWM signals, then the anti-interference ability of the output signal is improved. The result of measuring the sensor after program processing, the maximum linear error is only -0.28% in the effective stroke range. The temperature test of the sensor is developed during -40 degree centigrade to 120 degree centigrade, comparing the output values with which at environment temperature 19.6 degree centigrade, the maximum error is 0.29%.
