摘 要:为了满足ADN高压喷油泵的性能要求,采用粉末冶金技术替代45钢对油量调节齿轮和油量调节齿条进行加工,并对二者的结构进行了设计改进,零件测量显示,直线度和对称度均得到提高,喷油泵总成测试表明,滑动性一次装配合格率提高,清洁度值平均由25.8 mg/台降至21 mg/台,200 h冷拖试验后拆解显示,齿轮齿条的磨损比钢制件少得多,热机试验100 h后齿轮齿条状态完好,满足了设计要求。Control sleeve and control rack assembly were manufactured by powder metallurgy instead of No. 45 steel in order to meet the performance requirements of high pressure fuel injection pump in the model of AND fuel pump, and the structures of both control sleeve and control rack were improved. The results of measurement shows that straightness and symmetry were improved. The test in fuel pump assembly show that qualified rate of assembly in sliding is enhanced and average cleanliness is declined from 25.8 mg per set to 21 mg. The wear in control sleeve and control rack assemblys is less in powder than in steel after 200 h test on pump test bench. Con- trol sleeve and control rack assembly were in good condition after 100 h engine test. The design requirements is satisfied.
