摘 要:针对影响加热炉总括热吸收率的因素相互耦合,难以实时动态调整的不足,通过建立炉温对板坯温度的感度方程,以板坯加热工艺为基础,针对加热炉板坯温度跟踪计算时的总括热吸收率模型的不足,提出了基于板坯温度感度的总括热吸收率的计算方法,使得总括热吸收率可以根据炉温以及板坯的温度变化情况进行实时调整,极大地提升了板坯总括热吸收率对于生产条件波动较快时的适应性。实践表明,计算结果在特殊炉况时也取得了理想的效果。According to the intercoupling factors which effect total heat exchange factor of heating furnace and the deficiency which is hard to adjust dynamicly in real time, the problem of total heat exchange factor is discussed. By establishing the sensitivity equations of furnace temperature to slab temperature based on the slab heating process, a temperature sensitivity based algorithm is proposed to solve the deficiency of total heat exchange factor which is used in temperature tracking calculation. The total heat exchange factor can be real - time adjusted based on the furnace temperature and slab temperature. The algorithm promotes the adaptability greatly when the production conditions change rapidly. The practices show that the computing results obtain ideal effects even in the special furnace conditions.
