加味芍药汤治疗肿瘤化疗所致腹泻临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察芍药汤对恶性肿瘤化疗所致的寒热错杂型腹泻的疗效。方法:对42例化疗所致腹泻患者随机分为治疗组24例与对照组18例,治疗组给予加味芍药汤治疗,对照组口服蒙脱石散(思密达),两组均以7 d为1疗程。结果:对照组为72.2%,治疗组有效率87.5%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:加味芍药汤治疗恶性肿瘤化疗所致的寒热错杂型腹泻有较好的疗效。Objective：To observe the effect of shaoyao decoction on diarrhea of simultaneous occurrence of cold and heat syndromes induced by malignant tumor.Methods：42 cases diarrhea induced by chemotherapy were randomly divided into treatment group with 24 cases and 18 cases in control group,the treatment group was treated with modifed shaoyao decoction,the control group was treated with montmorillonite（Smecta）,both groups were treated seven days as a course.Results：The total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.5% and the control group＇s was 72.2%,the curative effect of treatment group was superior to the control group＇s（P0.01）.Conclusion：Shaoyao decoction had excellent effect in treatment of diarrhea with simultaneous occurrence of cold and heat syndromes induced by malignant tumor.
