芒硝溶液外敷治疗化疗药物外漏的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察芒硝溶液对肿瘤化疗药物外漏的治疗疗效。方法:选择经细胞学和病理学检查证实为晚期恶性肿瘤并在化疗时出现化疗药物外漏的患者48例,以外敷芒硝溶液组作为试验组(25例),以外敷百多邦组作为对照组(23例),观察和比较它们对化疗药物外漏的治疗疗效。结果:与对照组相比,试验组对化疗药物外漏有明显的治疗疗效。结论:外敷芒硝溶液能减轻化疗不良反应,辅助化疗顺利进行,改善晚期肿瘤患者的生活质量。Objective：To observe the therapeutical effect of Mangxiao Injection on chemotherapy drug extravasation.Methods：Forty-eight eligible biopsy-confirmed advanced malignant cancer patients with chemotherapy drug extravasation were randomly divided into two groups.One group were treated with Mangxiao Injection external application.The other group were treated with Mupirocin Ointment,as a control.Clinical efficacy were compared between the groups.Results：The clinical efficacy in the group with Mangxiao Injection external application were superior to that in the control group.Conclusion：Mangxiao Injection external application reduces tocixity of chemotherapy,and improves life quality of patients with advanced malignant tumor.
