生脉注射液在恶性肿瘤化疗中辅助作用的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨生脉注射液在恶性肿瘤化疗中的辅助作用。方法:恶性肿瘤患者58例,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组30例,在给予常规化疗的基础上,静脉滴注生脉注射液;对照组28例仅给予常规化疗。14 d为1周期。结果:治疗组在改善患者乏力、盗汗、口渴、不寐、咳喘、或疼痛等症状方面,具有明显疗效,均优于对照组,两组有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组白细胞降低的例数及程度都明显优于对照组,两组有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组与对照组在恶心、呕吐反应方面没有明显差异,两组无显著性差异,但治疗组重度呕吐比例稍低。结论:生脉注射液可有效缓解恶性肿瘤患者在化疗中不良反应,提高患者的生活质量。Objective：To study the auxiliary function of Shengmai injection in malignant tumor chemotherapy.Methods：Patients with malignant tumor 58 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,30 cases in treatment group were treated by conventional chemotherapy,with shengmai injection intravenous drip.28 cases of control group limited to conventional chemotherapy.14 d for 1 cycle.Results：Treatment group in improve patients＇ lack of power,night sweats,thirsty,insomnia,cough and asthma,or pain,has the obvious curative effect,are better than control group,two groups have significant difference（P0.05）;The treatment group of reducing the number of white blood cells and degree are much better than control group,two groups have significant difference（P0.05）;shenmai injection group and control group was born in nausea,vomiting response did not differ,there was no significant difference between the two groups,but the treatment group severe vomiting ratio is a bit low.Conclusion：Shenmai injection may be effective in relieving malignant tumor in chemotherapy adverse reaction,improve the quality of life of the patients.
