高效液相色谱法测定感冒软胶囊中盐酸麻黄碱的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立感冒软胶囊中盐酸麻黄碱含量的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法:采用Shimpack VP-ODS C18色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液-三乙胺(3:97:0.1),检测波长为207 nm,流速为0.8 mL/min,柱温为40℃。结果:盐酸麻黄碱进样量在0.168-0.840μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 6);平均回收率为98.65%,RSD为1.12%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便,可行、重现性好,可作为感冒软胶囊的质量控制方法。Objective：To establish a HPLC method to detdrmine the content of ephedrine Hydrochloride in Ganmao soft capsules.Methods：Shimpack VP-ODS C18 column was used,The mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid-triethylamine（3970.1） at a flow rate of 0.8 mL/min and the detection wavelength was set at 207 nm,the column temperature was 40 ℃.Results：The calibration curve of ephedrine hydrochloride was in a good linearity over the range of 0.168-0.840 μg（r=0.999 6）.The average recovery was 98.65%.with RSD of 1.12%（n=6）.Conclusion：The method is simple,feasible and reproducible,and it can be used for the quality control of Ganmao soft capsules.
