菟丝子黄酮对雷公藤多苷损伤雄性幼鼠睾丸组织凋亡相关蛋白Bcl-2和蛋白Bax表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究菟丝子黄酮对雷公藤多苷(GTW)损伤雄性SD幼鼠睾丸组织凋亡相关蛋白蛋白Bcl-2和蛋白Bax的表达的影响。方法:健康3周龄SD雄性幼鼠36只,随机分为三组:空白组、雷公藤多苷组、菟丝子黄酮+雷公藤多苷组。免疫组化法测定Bcl-2/Bax表达。结果:各实验组Bcl-2蛋白表达:雷公藤多苷组表达最少,与其他各组之间比较(P<0.05)差异有统计学意义。空白组表达最高,菟丝子组次之,空白组与菟丝子组之间比较(P>0.05)差异没有统计学意义。各实验组Bax蛋白表达:雷公藤多苷组表达最高,与其他各组之间比较(P<0.05)差异有统计学意义。空白组表达最少,空白组与菟丝子组之间比较(P<0.05)差异有统计学意义。结论:菟丝子黄酮能增强雄性幼鼠生育能力,其机制可能是对抗雷公藤多苷所致雄性幼鼠睾丸组织Bcl-2蛋白表达减少和Bax蛋白表达增强。Objective：The study of Tusizi flavonoid on the Expression of Rat testicle Bcl-2/Bax in the GTW damaged male Under age Rat.Methods：Healthy male SD rats aged 3 weeks 36 were randomly divided into three groups：control group,GTW group,Tusizi flavonoid an GTW group.Immunohistochemical determination of the Bcl-2/Bax expression.Results：In each experimental group the expression of Bcl-2 protein：expression of GTW at least,compared with other groups（P0.05） difference was statistically significant.The highest expression of the control group,Dodder next highest,between the control group compared with the dodder group（P0.05） difference was not statistically significant.Bax protein expression in each experimental group：the highest expression of GTW,compared with other groups（P0.05） difference was statistically significant.Expression of the control group at least,between the control group compared with the dodder group（P0.05） difference was statistically significant.Conclusion：Tusizi flavonoid can enhance the fertility of male rats,which may be due to counter male rats GTW testis decreased expression of Bcl-2 protein and Bax protein expression increased.
