柴胡舒肝散联合氟西汀治疗中风后抑郁症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察柴胡舒肝散联合氟西汀治疗中风后抑郁症的临床疗效。方法:70例符合纳入标准的肝郁气滞型中风后抑郁症患者,按照就诊先后顺序用随机数字表法随机(1:1)分为2组各35例。对照组采用氟西汀胶囊(百忧解),20 mg/d,口服;治疗组在对照组的基础上加用柴胡舒肝散。2组均4周为1疗程,疗程结束后统计疗效。结果:①总体疗效比较:平均秩次对照组为28.86,治疗组为42.15。Mann-Whitney U统计量为380.00,Wilcoxon W为1 010.00,Z检验统计量为Z=-2.851,P=0.004(双侧),两组疗效有显著性差异,治疗组优于对照组。②治疗组有效率为91.43%,对照组有效率为71.43%,经比较:χ2=4.629,ν=1,P=0.031,有显著性差异,治疗组优于对照组;③两组均有患者出现不适症状,经处理症状消失,未影响治疗。结论:柴胡舒肝散联合氟西汀治疗中风后抑郁症有较好的临床疗效,且依从性好,不良反应小。Objective：To observe the clinical effect by joint prozac treatment liver depression after a stroke.Methods：70 patients matched the selection criteria of qi stomach after a stroke patients with depression type,according to order a doctor with random number table method random（1-1） were divided into two groups.Control group was used by prozac capsule（prozac）,20 mg/d,oral;The treatment group in the control group were treated.Two groups are 4 weeks for a period of treatment,after the treatment doing.Statistics Results：（1） the overall effect is：the average rank times compared with 28.86,the treatment group was 42.15.Mann-Whitney U statistics for 380.00,1010.00,Z Wilcoxon W of test statistics for Z=2.851,P=0.004（bilateral）,two groups of curative effect was significant difference,the treatment group than in control group.（2） the total effective rate was 91.43% in treatment group and control group in the total effective rate was 71.43%,by comparison：χ2=4.629,ν=1,P=0.031,there are significant differences,the treatment group than in control group;（3） both groups have patients＇ symptoms,with the symptoms disappeared,not affect the treatment.Conclusion：wood HuShu scattered liver joint prozac treatment stomach type after stroke has good clinical curative effect,and compliance good,bad reaction small.
