通脉止痛汤治疗气滞血瘀型冠心病心绞痛临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨通脉止痛汤治疗气滞血瘀型冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:156例气滞血瘀型冠心病心绞痛患者,采用随机数字表法随机分为2组。治疗组86例,采用通脉止痛汤,每日1剂,水煎2次,混合后共取汁400 mL,分2次温服;对照组70例,采用步长脑心痛,4粒/次,3次/日,口服。2组均给以降压、调脂、降血糖、抗凝等病因治疗及低盐、低脂等基础治疗。2组均28 d为1疗程。结果:两组气滞血瘀型冠心病心绞痛患者临床疗效、有效率比较:对照组平均秩次为66.33,治疗组平均秩次为88.41,两组疗效有显著性差异;治疗组有效率为89.53%,对照组有效率为72.86%,两组比较有显著性差异。两组患者心电图疗效比较:对照组平均秩次为68.66,治疗组平均秩次为86.51,两组疗效有显著性差异;治疗组有效率为80.23%,对照组有效率为58.57%,两组比较有显著性差异。56例患者按时完成了研究性治疗,显示了治疗药物的良好依从性,未见明显不良反应。结论:通脉止痛汤治疗气滞血瘀型冠心病心绞痛有较好的临床效果。Objective：To study the clinical curative effect of Tongmaizhitong in the treatment of coronary heart disease,using angina qi and blood stasis syndrome.Methods：156 cases of qi and blood stasis syndrome patients with coronary heart disease,angina,using random number tables were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group 86 examples,using tongmaizhitong tang,daily 1 analgesic soup pay 2 times water frying,having taken after mixing juice 400 mL,warm taking;70 cases of control group using buchangnaoxintong,4 grain/time,3 times/day,oral.Two groups are to buck,lipid,fall blood sugar,such as anticoagulant pathogeny cure and low salt,low fat and other basic treatment.Two groups are 4 weeks for a period of treatment.Results：（1）The two groups of qi and blood stasis syndrome patients with coronary heart disease,angina,efficient comparison：overall average 66.33 times rank in the control group,the treatment group was 88.41 times,two groups curative effect was significant difference;Efficient rate of treatment group is 89.53% and 72.86% in control group,it has significant differences between the two groups.（2）The two groups of patients in the control group average comparison：electrocardiogram（ecg） effect of rank,the control group was 68.66 times the average rank,treatment for 86.51,two groups once curative effect has significant difference;Efficient rate of treatment group is 80.23% and 58.57% in control group,it has significant differences between the two groups.（3）56 patients finished the research treatment,show the drug to good compliance,did not see the obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion：Through Tongmaizhitong decoction in the treatment of coronary heart disease,angina qi and blood stasis syndrome has good clinical effect.
