推拿手法复位加痹通药酒治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察推拿手法复位加痹通药酒治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:对86例腰椎间盘突出症患者在硬膜外阻滞麻醉下进行手法复位,术后口服痹通药酒治疗,7 d为1疗程,3疗程后观察疗效。结果:86例患者中,治愈49例,显效26例,有效8例,无效3例,有效率为96.5%。结论:手法复位配合痹通药酒治疗腰椎间盘突出症效果显著。Objective：To observe the curative effect of massage with Bitongyaojiu treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods：86 cases of lumbar disc herniation in patients with epidural blockade anesthesia gimmick reset after the attack,oral medicate observed treatment,1 week for 1 treatment,3 course observing curative effect.Results：86 cases cure 49 cases,26 cases significant effectire 8 cases,invalid 3 cases,and the effective rate was 96.5%.Conclusion：Technique with the reduction initiative medicate treatment prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc effect is remarkable.
