邓村绿茶的地理标志与非物质文化遗产保护

摘　　要：邓村绿茶是湖北省茶类中第一种国家地理标志产品。探讨了邓村绿茶的地理标志知识产权与非物质文化遗产保护的现状,提出了邓村绿茶的地理标志知识产权与非物质文化遗产保护的发展对策,并建议"邓村绿茶"注册国家地理标志商标和登记国家农产品地理标志;建立国家推荐性标准《地理标志产品邓村绿茶》;对邓村绿茶制作技艺实施传统技艺类非物质文化遗产保护等。Deng Village Green Tea, the historical famous tea, is the first national tea product of geographical indications in Hubei Province. Intellectual property protection of geographical indications of Deng Village Green Tea was introduced, and its intangible cultural heritage development countermeasure in current was discussed. It was suggested that （1） to register national geographic symbol trademark; （2） to register national agricultural product geography symbol; （3） to draw up its national rec- ommended standard ＂geographical indication Deng village green tea＂ as soon as possible; （4） to protect Deng village of green tea production techniques implementation of traditional craftsmanship intangible cultural heritage and so on.
