摘　　要：文章对医疗卫生服务需求相关的概念进行了探讨。其中,包括医疗卫生服务需求与健康需求的关系,医疗卫生服务"需要"、"需求"与"需求量"概念的探讨,医疗卫生服务的"公共产品"和"外部性"问题的探讨,并对医疗卫生服务"量"的内涵进行了探讨,以期为卫生经济与政策的讨论提供一些铺垫。The paper discussed the concepts related to health care service demand, which include the relationship between health care service demand and health demand, the ＂need＂, ＂demand＂ and ＂quantity demanded＂ of health care, public goods of health care service and externality issues and the ＂quantity＂ of health care, in order to provide base for health economics and policy analysis.
