摘　　要：对影响雾化铝粉细粉的比例的雾化器结构参数、喷粉温度、高压风压力、铝锭纯度及筛分效率等进行了研究对比试验,找出了提高雾化铝粉细粉的比例的方法,满足了市场及用户的需求。The construction parameter of aluminum powder atomizer, atomizing temperature, air pressure, purity of aluminum ingot and screening efficiency have been investigated thoroughly and all the abovementioned parameters have been contrasted with each other dur- ing experiments. The technology and process for increasing fine powder portion have been settled. There for the productivity can meet the needs of the market and customers.
