摘　　要：对抚顺石化公司ERP项目实施过程进行了概括总结。对PS模块在项目管理中的应用进行了介绍,及PS模块实施的详细步骤,包括方案设计、流程实现进行分析,阐述ERP系统如何实现公司项目管理过程,并指出运用ERP系统在项目管理中可实现的功能以及应用的优势。将项目管理的全过程展现出来,最后对系统实施后应用结果进行总结分析。Implementation process of ERP project in Fushun petrochemical company was summarized. Application of PS module in project management was introduced, including project design and flowsheet realization. How to realize the company project management with the ERP system was discussed. Functions and advantages of the ERP system were put forward. At last, application results of the system were summarized.
