摘 要:建立了端铣动态铣削力模型和铣削力系数经验模型,进行了38CrSi高强度钢端铣实验,采用偏最小二乘法对铣削力系数经验模型系数进行辨识,分析了切削参数及其互交作用对铣削力系数的影响变化规律.实验结果表明:在选定的实验范围内,铣削力模型和铣削力系数经验模型均具有较高的精度;每齿进给量对铣削力系数影响最显著,轴向切削深度次之,切削速度影响最小;切削参数之间的交互作用可以忽略.The dynamic milling force model of face milling and the cutting force coefficients model were established. The experiments of face milling 38CrSi high-strength steel were conducted to investigate the effect of the cutting parameters and their interactions on the cutting force coefficients by using partial least square method. The result shows that, under the given cutting parameters, the dynamic milling forces model and the cutting force coefficients model could be used to analyze the milling performance with high accuracy. Moreover, the parameter of feed per tooth is the most important factor to contribute milling force coefficients and the axial depth of cut comes second, while the effect of cutting speed is the minimum. In addition, the interactions among the cutting parameters could be neglected.
