摘 要:阐述了耐盐植物盐桦的引种试验过程,通过炼苗、入土移栽等方法使其成活,然后进行耐盐试验.设定盐分浓度梯度为0‰、3‰、5‰、7‰、10‰、13‰6个水平,进行为期37d的盐胁迫试验.结果表明:当盐分浓度高于7‰时,盐桦幼苗全部死亡;当盐分浓度低于5‰时,盐桦幼苗生长良好.从而确定盐桦幼苗的耐盐极限为5‰,证实盐桦幼苗期可在5‰以下的滨海盐碱地区正常生长.但在露地栽培条件下,天津地区的夏秋季节高温多雨,给盐桦幼苗越冬带来困难,地上部分严重风干枯死,大面积栽培受到制约.Betula halophila is the secondary rare and endangered plants.In this paper we expounded its introduction proces,including the process of making it survive for refined seedlings,transplanting.Six salt gradients(0‰,3‰,5‰,7‰,10‰ and 13‰) were set for testing the salt tolerance of Betula halopila.The results showed that after 37 days,the seedlings under 7‰,10‰ and 13‰ salt treatments were all died,while those under 0‰,3‰ and 5‰ salt treatments grew well.According to the results of salt tolerance test,Betula halophila could grow well at the saline-alkali area with salt content lower than 5‰.In Tianjin City,it was difficult for Betula halophila to grow overwinter in open field,that was because of the high temperature and heavy rain in summer and autumn,so widespread cultivation would be limited.
