摘　　要：水资源问题是制约中原城市群可持续发展的重要因素之一。在介绍中原城市群发展战略和水资源现状的基础上,深入分析了水资源对中原城市群发展的制约作用,进而以中原城市群水资源承载力研究项目为背景,给出满足区域发展目标的水资源配置方案和配置结果,并提出相应的工程措施和非工程措施,同时针对中原城市群各圈层给出重大水利工程布局建议,可为水资源合理开发利用、实现中原城市群发展战略提供支撑。Water issue is one of the important factors that may constrain sustainable development of urban agglomeration in Henan Province. Based on study of city development strategy and present situation of water resources in the region, in-depth analysis is made on the restrictive factors of water resources to city development. Options of water resources allocation and solutions for satisfying regional development target are given. Structural and nonstructural measures are put forward. The suggestion for the layout of key water projects in urban agglomeration of Henan Province is presented, which can provide a base for sustainable development and utilization of water resources and realization of strategy of urban agglomeration development in the region.
