摘　　要：怀柔区是首都生态涵养发展区之一,承担着保护生态、涵养水源和保障首都供水安全的重任,水源保护任务非常艰巨。针对怀柔区水资源开发利用现状,分析了在水资源保护工作中存在的问题,提出了今后强化水资源保护的对策建议。Huairou District is one of the ecological conserving ＆ developing zones that undertakes tasks of ecosystem protection, water sources conservation and safeguarding of water safety in Beijing. The problems with water resources protection are analyzed by taking the current situation of water resources development in the district into consideration. Measures and suggestions are made for strengthening water resources protection.
