摘　　要：水利科技是水利事业的重要组成部分,是水利改革发展的强大引擎。如何发挥水利科技在水利建设中的支撑作用,推进水利现代化建设,已成为当前水利工作迫切需要解决的问题。通过深入分析陕西水利科技面临的困境和存在的问题,提出了振兴陕西水利科技的对策和措施。Water science and technology development is one of the key elements in water undertaking and regarded as drive for water conservancy reform and development. It becomes very urgent to make full play of the role of science and technology in water project construction and modernization. Specific measures for revitalizing science and technology development in Shaanxi are presented under the deep analysis of difficulties and problems encountered by the province.
