摘  要:从稳定性特征来看,上海市中学生体育生活方式的形成程度还远远不够。少数中学生对体育锻炼价值的认识模糊,还没有形成全面和正确的体育价值观。半数中学生没有养成经常性参加体育锻炼的习惯。校内生活方式和体育活动开展的效果不利于中学生形成长期稳定的体育行为和体育锻炼习惯。校外方面,中学生在家课业负担太重,体育锻炼时间难以保证,少数中学生没有掌握体育锻炼方法和没有人指导,体育锻炼场地缺乏,锻炼场地不便利,没有体育锻炼的伙伴,大多数中学生还没有稳定的体育锻炼项目,制约体育生活方式的形成。研究认为,体育锻炼时间、场地和方法(项目)是制约体育生活方式形成的3个基本要素;提高校内体育活动开展的质量是根本,校内、外体育活动互补是体育生活方式稳定性得以延续的重要保证。The sports lifestyle formation of middle schools students in Shanghai is much lower than expected from the perspective of stability. A small number of students have not even real- ized the values of physical activities and sports clearly rightly and comprehensively. Half students have not got into a habit of physical activity in their daily life. Moreover, the life style and execution of physical activities in campus is not conducive to the formation of long-stand- ing and stable sports behaviors, and forming the physical activity habits as well. On the other hand, the factors outside of schools, such as excessive homework burden, inadequate time for physical exercise, having not become skilled at physical activities, lacking of effective training and guidance, being in shortage of sports facilities which are also inconvenient, no accompanied by partners,also undoubtedly impede the formation of sports lifestyle. The research suggests that sports facilities, physical activity methods and the time for physical activity are the three foundational factors which would influence the formation of sports lifestyle. By the methods of enhancing quality of physical activities in schools and integrating exercises internal and external campus is essential to maintain stable sports lifestyle.
