摘　　要：为了解硝酸银在临床中的应用及安全性,本文通过查询国内相关数据库,阅读相关文献,进行总结分析。结果发现硝酸银在耳鼻喉科、皮肤科、口腔科、眼科、内科、外科、妇科等科室相关疾病中均有应用,不良反应较少。硝酸银价廉易得,其溶液的配制简单,鉴于其对组织的腐蚀无选择性,且与其使用的浓度、作用时间密切相关,在临床中仍需谨慎使用。To understand the clinical application and evaluation of safety of silver nitrate. The relevant literatures from the domestic databases are inquired and analyzed. It turns out that silver nitrate is extensively applicable to the related diseases in the ENT, skin, dental, ophthalmology, internal medicine, surgery, gynecology and other departments. Although silver nitrate has fewer side effects, cheap and easy to get, and the solution preparation is simple, in view of its non-selective corrosion of the organization, and its concentration, reaction time are closely related to its effect, it should be still used with caution in clinical.
