布加综合征3例临床报道

摘　　要：布加综合征(Budd-Chiari syndrome)为肝静脉和(或)肝段下腔静脉狭窄或阻塞引起的以肝脏排血障碍为主要表现的综合征,是一种少见病,临床发病率低,仅为0.1%～1.0%。尽管目前已有多方相关报道,对本病的认识有所提高,但因其临床表现复杂多变而无特异性,所以极易误诊。本文对我院确诊的3例布加综合征进行临床分析,以期提高基层医院医护人员对本病的认识,以减少误诊,提高诊治水平。Budd-Chiari syndrome is the clinical syndrome of the liver row of blood barrier casued by the hepatic vein or the liver section vena cava inferior narrow or blocking. The syndrome is one kind of rare sickness, the clinical disease incidence rate is very low, only 0.1%-1.0%. Although many related articles are reported at present, and know it more than before, it is easy to be misdiagnosed because of its complicated and diversified clinical manifestation. This article adds 3 cases of the Budd-Chiari syndrome in order to let doctors of basic unit hospital to know it better, and reduce its misdiagnoses, and improve the level of its diagnosing.
