摘　　要：认真学习与实践科学发展观,落实以人为本的理念,是高校图书馆工作的出发点和归宿。高校图书馆工作人员应树立"读者第一"的理念,不断提高服务质量,加强高校图书馆文献资源信息化建设,顺应信息社会的发展趋势,构建完善的文献信息资源体系,以促进高校图书馆工作的可持续发展。It is the starting point and destination of college and university library work to study,practice earnestly scientific outlook on development,and implement the people-oriented concept.The library staff should establish the concept of ＂readers first＂,and constantly improve the service quality,strengthen the information construction of literature resource,conform to the growing trend of information society and construct the perfect system of document information resource in order to promote the sustainable development of college and university library work.
