中英继承法的批判性话语分析

摘　　要：随着法律在当今社会作用的不断增强,法律语言已经成为一个不可或缺的语言使用领域。以Halliday的系统功能语法为理论基础,通过对批判性话语的分析,分别对中英两国继承法的语言特征进行描述,并结合社会因素分析立法语篇所体现出来的权威意识。With the increasing impact of law in society,legal language has become essential and necessary.Based on Halliday＇s systemic-functional grammar,this paper describes the critical discourse of Inheritance Acts in UK and China and analyzes the sense of authority reflected in the legislative discourses.
