摘　　要：高校二级党组织在高校党建工作中与广大师生和党员、干部联系最为紧密,是党中央政策与方针具体落实与贯彻的基础,因而对其党建工作进行科学合理的评价对于进一步推进高校二级党组织和高校党组织的建设具有十分重要的意义,通过对意义、原则、指标的分析,探讨现行高校二级党组织党建工作评价的具体标准和体系建设。Second-leveled Party organization plays a crucial role in linking Party members and cadres with the students and faculty,serving as the base of implementing the policies and guidelines of the Central Committee of the CPC.A scientific and reasonable evaluation of Party construction will boost the development of college second-leveled party organizations.This paper gives an analysis of the significance,principle and index of the construction evaluation system and explores the specific standard.
