摘  要:目的 探讨磁共振弥散加权成像(MR-DWI)在四肢虹管瘤、血管畸形鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法对39例手术病理证实的四肢血管瘤、血管畸形行常规MRI及MRDWI检查,获取病变区表观弥散系数(ADC)均值,应用SPSS13.0软件包行t检验。结果血管瘤、低流量血管畸形和高流量血管畸形ADC值从低到高依次为(1.1734±0.3208)×10-3mm2/s、(1.7766±0.4033)×10-3mm2/s和(2.3251±.5145)×10-3mm2/s,三者之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论MRDWI可反映四肢血管瘤和不同类型血管畸形水分子扩散的差别,有助于鉴别诊断。Objective To investigate the applied value of MR diffusion weighted imaging(MR-DWI) in differentiating extremity hemangioma and vascular malformation. Methods Conventional MR examinations and MR-DWI were performed in 39 patients with extremity hemangioma or vascular malformation. All cases were proved by surgery. The apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC) mean of the lesions were taken and analyzed using SPSS 13.0 software package for t test. Results The ADCs for the hemangioma,slowflow vascular malformation and fast flow vascular malformation were(1.173 4±0. 320 8)〉(10-3mm2/s,(1.776 6±0. 403 3)5〈10 3 mm2/s and(2. 325 1±0. 514 5) × 10-3 mm2/s. There were significant differences among the three groups(P〈0.05). Conclusion MR-DWl can reflect diffusion difference of the water molecules between extremity hemangioma and vascular malformation,which can be helpful in the differential diagnosis.
