“患者自评表”信度检验与效度估计

摘　　要：目的:建立"患者自评表",从患者自我评价角度反映疗效。方法:运用流行病学调查方法,应用"PMS肝气逆证症状严重程度患者自评表",内部一致性选用cronbach’α系数法,结构效度分析选用证实性因子分析,反应度用K相关样本秩和检验。结果:"患者自评表"在应用于PMS肝气逆证的诊断和疗效评价方面具有良好的信度和效度。结论:"患者自评表"可以作为PMS肝气逆证量化诊断和疗效评价的依据。Objective： Establishing patients self - assessment forms, reflecting the effect of self - evaluation from the perspective of patients. Methods：Using the methods of epidemiological survey, applying patients＇self - assessment forms,we have checked the internal consistency by Chronbach＇s o coefficient, checked validity of the structure by use of factor analysis confirmed and checked the reaction by K associated rank sum test samples. Results ： Analyzed the diagnosis of PMS Ganqi inverse, the patients self assessment forms have a high reliability and a good validity. Conclusion：The patients/self- assessment forms can be used as PMS Ganqi inverse permit quantitative evaluation of the diagnosis and treatment.
