摘　　要：超重和肥胖占我国人群的比例越来越高;超重/肥胖与多种疾病的发生有密切联系,并且能够导致患者生活质量下降,给患者带来严重的身心负担。目前我国社会对这一问题还缺乏足够的认识,所带来的危害应引起我们警惕。The scale of overweight and obesity people in China is increasing these years. Overweight and obesity have a close relationship with many diseases, and can result in low health - related quality of life, also is a burden to the patients, both in physical and psychological. But nowadays in China, peopel still can＇ t pay attention to this problem.
