益肾活血汤配合降糖治疗2型糖尿病性勃起功能障碍临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察益肾活血汤治疗2型糖尿病性勃起功能障碍的临床疗效。方法:将入选2型糖尿病性勃起功能障碍患者84例随机分为两组,在降糖治疗的基础上,治疗组合用中药益肾活血汤,疗程12周,根据勃起功能国际问卷评分(IIEF-5)和勃起质量量表问卷(EQS)对两组患者的勃起功能状况进行评估和比较。结果:治疗后两组IIEF-5和EQS评分值改善情况有显著性差异(P<0.01),治疗组显效36例,有效14例,总有效率89.3%,优于对照组53.6%(P<0.01)。结论:益肾活血汤对2型糖尿病性ED有较好的临床疗效。Objective ：To observe the clinical effect of healing type Ⅱdiabetic erectile dysfunction with Yishen Huoxue Decoction. Methods：Divide the chosen 80 patients into 2 groups randamly,the treatment group was accepted the treatment with Yishen Huoxue Decoction combined with glucose - lowering. The course was 12 weeks, according to the International Index of Erectile Function Questionnaire （ⅡEF-5） and Erection Quality Scale （EQS）, evaluated and compared the the erectile situation between the two groups. Results ：There was significant difference in IIEF- 5 and EQS between the two groups after treatment（P 〈 0.01 ）,36 cases were effectual and 14 cases were effective in the treatment group,the total effective rate was 89.3% ,it was better than the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion：It got a good clinical effect on healing type Ⅱdiabetic erectile dysfunction with Yishen Huoxue Decoction.
