摘　　要：通过分析零件的结构和特点,确定模具的结构,运用Pro/E软件对产品进行建模,并快速、准确地生成型芯、滑块。与EMX结合进行模架设计,缩短了设计周期,保证了模具设计质量。该模具结构合理,运行可靠。Through analyzed the structure and characteristics of the part, determined the mold structure, using Pro/E software for product modeling, rapidly and accurately designed core and slider. Combined with EMX for mold design to shorten the design cycle, ensure the quality of mold design. The mold structure is reasonable, reliable operation.
