摘 要:劳资矛盾是社会基本矛盾的直接体现,有效化解劳资矛盾与冲突,促进劳动关系的和谐发展,是社会法治建设的首要目标和根本任务。建构劳资关系协调机制,必须真正建立以劳资利益博弈为主要内容的"三方"协商对话机制;强化作为用人单位的企业社会责任意识;充分发挥管理与服务相结合的政府职能;立足基层建构快速调处劳资争议的联动机制,促进劳资关系的和谐及社会稳定。Conflicts between labor and capital are direct embodiment of social basic contradiction.Dissolving labor-capital contradictions and conflicts effectively and promoting its harmonious development are the primary goal and upmost task in legal construction of society.To construct coordinating mechanism in labor-capital relations,it is important to establish a practicable tripartite mechanism of bargaining and negotiating,which focus on the interests’ gaming between labor and capital,to highlight employers’ consciousness of social responsibilities,to bring governments’ managing and serving functions into full play,and to form a grass-roots-based linkage mechanism in rapid and effective settlement of disputes between labor and capital.So,harmonious labor-capital relations could be promoted and stable society could be achieved.
