高效液相色谱法测定贞清胶囊中马钱苷的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立测定贞清胶囊中马钱苷含量的高效液相色谱方法。方法:采用Inertsil ODS-SP色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-甲醇-质量分数为0.05%磷酸溶液(9∶3∶92),检测波长为236nm,流速为1 mL.min-1。结果:马钱苷进样量在20～640μg.mL-1范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均加样回收率为100.24%,RSD为0.76%(n=6)。结论:本方法操作简便,结果准确可靠,可用于贞清胶囊质量控制。Objective： To develop a method for determining loganin content in Zhenqing capsule by high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC）. Methods：An Inertsil ODS-SP column （150 mm x 4.6 mm, 5 μm） was adopted. The mobile phase was a mixture of acetonitrile-methanol-0.05% phosphoric acid （9： 3： 92）, the detection wavelength was 236 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL.min-1 Results： The calibration curve showed good linear relationship in the range of 20 -640 μg·mL-1（ r = 0. 999 9）. The average recovery was 100.24% , and RSD was 0.76% （n = 6）. Conclusion ： The method is simple and accurate, and can be used for the quality control of Zhenqing capsule.
